Terms and Conditions for G.M. Group of College
By enrolling or using any services provided by G.M. Group of College, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Admission Guidelines
- Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to meeting the eligibility criteria specified for each course.
- Submission of false documents or information during the admission process will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of admission.
- The management reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant without providing a reason.
2. Fee Structure and Payments
- All fees must be paid within the stipulated time frame as outlined in the admission guidelines.
- Failure to pay fees on time may result in late payment penalties or cancellation of enrollment.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances as outlined in the refund policy of the college.
3. Attendance and Conduct
- A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for examinations.
- Students must adhere to the code of conduct of the college, including maintaining discipline, respecting faculty, and upholding the reputation of the institution.
- Acts of misconduct, harassment, or damage to college property will lead to disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.
4. Academic Performance
- Students must maintain the required academic standards set for their respective courses.
- Failure to meet these standards may result in academic probation, suspension, or dismissal from the program.
5. Use of College Resources
- Students must use college facilities and resources responsibly.
- Misuse of library, laboratory, or other infrastructure may result in restricted access or disciplinary action.
6. Course Changes or Cancellation
- G.M. Group of College reserves the right to make changes to the course curriculum, duration, or schedules as deemed necessary.
- In case of insufficient enrollment for a particular course, the college reserves the right to cancel or merge the course. Affected students will be notified and offered alternatives where possible.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
- The college respects the privacy of its students and staff. Personal information collected during the admission process will be used only for administrative and academic purposes.
- Students consent to the use of their photographs, testimonials, or achievements in promotional materials of the college.
8. Liability
- The college is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the campus premises.
- G.M. Group of College is not responsible for any injury or accident occurring during practical training, extracurricular activities, or internships, although all necessary safety measures will be provided.
9. Grievance Redressal
- Students can report grievances through the official grievance cell of the college. Complaints will be addressed within a reasonable time frame as per the college policies.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Hazaribag, Jharkhand.
11. Amendments
- G.M. Group of College reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on the college notice board and website.
